Michael Nobbs, Non-executive Director (age 61)

Michael Nobbs has a thirty year track record in investment banking, with a focus on corporate and project finance. He was a managing director and senior credit officer for Citigroup/Citibank and and Group Finance Director for Tishman International Companies. At present Michael acts as an Independent Company Director and Investment Advisor and is on the Boards of Plasco Energy, Ithaca Energy, Mart Resources, Illinois River Energy, GTL Resources Plc and Leeder Financial Services.

Ilham Habibie, Non-executive Director (Aged 47)

Ilham Habibie holds a PhD in aeronautical engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a MBA from the University of Chicago. Ilham worked as an engineer with Boeing and was then involved in the development of an advanced regional jet airplane in Indonesia with the state company IPTN becoming Executive Vice President Operation and Commercial. Ilham was a founding director of Mitra Energia Ltd which merged with Sound Oil in 2006.

Patrick Alexander, Non-executive Director (Aged 57)

Patrick Alexander has held a number of senior positions with Chase Manhattan in banking and other businesses in New York, Indonesia and Hong Kong. Patrick is currently an Independent Commissioner of PT Astra International and is managing director of Batavia Investment Management Ltd where he has worked since 1993. Patrick was a founding director of Mitra Energia Ltd which merged with Sound Oil in 2006.
