Executive Committee:Reports monthly to the Board of Directors and meets on ad hoc basis to agree strategies for implementation of Board directives.
Audit Committee:Meets twice a year to consider interim and final accounts for each financial period and Internal Controls.
Remuneration Committee:Considers senior personnel and overall personnel compensation packages including incentive schemes.
